This referendum question is a renewal of the 2016 operating referendum. If passed, your rate would remain the same. This renewal allows School City of Mishawaka to continue the progress made with the passing of the 2016 operating referendum. More specifically, this referendum will allow School City of Mishawaka to:

• Enhance student and staff safety with School Resource Officers in every building

• Invest in security camera upgrades

• Maintain and enhance network security with appropriate technology department staffing

• Devote dollars to staff retention and recruitment through competitive compensation

• Provide hands-on, experiential learning in all K-12 classrooms

• Invest in school-wide professional development
